Step 1: Name Your Interview
1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on 'Custom Interview'.
2. Click on the 'Create' or 'New' button.
3. A pop-up will appear titled 'Name Your Interview'.
4. Enter the interview name (e.g., MBA Class ’26 Interview) and click 'Save'.
Step 2: Add Interview Questions
1. In the 'Questions' tab, type your interview questions into the input fields.
2. Each question has a maximum limit of 500 characters.
3. Select the type of question from the dropdown (e.g., Multiple Choice, Open-ended).
4. You can add more questions using the additional fields below.
Step 3: Publish and Assign Interview
1. Once your questions are ready, click 'Publish'.
2. A pop-up will appear to choose visibility.
3. You can select 'All Students' or choose specific groups.
4. Optionally, create a new group if needed.
5. Click 'Publish' to finalize and assign the interview.
