Contact Tracker

Keep track of hiring managers, recruiters, and professional connections throughout your job search.

1: Access the Contact Tracker

  • Click "Contact Tracker" in the left menu.

2: Add a New Contact

  • Click "Add New Contact" to input details.

Enter the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Phone Number
  • Job Title
  • Current Company
  • Email Address
  • Location

 3: Set the Contact Goal

Choose the purpose of the contact from the Contact Goal dropdown:

  • Interview Request
  • Request for Referral
  • Mentorship
  • New Role

4: Define the Relationship with the Contact

Select how you are connected to the contact under Relationship With Contact:

  • Colleague
  • Friend
  • Recruiter
  • Mentor
  • Alumni
  • Manager

5: Set the Status of the Relationship

Choose the current status of your interaction with the contact:

  • To Be Contacted
  • Contacted
  • Follow-Up Needed
  • Meeting Scheduled

 6: Generate Custom Messages

  • Click on the contact's name then click "Generate Message" to create a personalized outreach message tailored to your goal.
  • Copy and paste the AI-generated message into LinkedIn, email, or any communication platform.

7: Stay Organized & Follow Up

  • Use the tracker to log interactions and set reminders for future outreach.
  • Keep track of where each contact stands in your networking pipeline.
