Assigned Users Page

This guide will help you navigate and understand the Assigned Users screen, where you can manage and track all users assigned to you.

Purpose of the Page

The All Assigned Users page provides a searchable list of users assigned to your account, showing relevant activity and categorization. It's mainly used by team leads, coaches, or coordinators to monitor user status and engagement.

🔍 Breakdown of the Page

1️⃣ Search Bar

  • Location: Top-left of the table section.
  • Function: Use this to quickly find a user by name or email.
  • How to Use: Start typing a name or keyword, and results will dynamically filter.

2️⃣ User Table

This section displays user records in a tabular format.

📄 Table Columns Explained

ColumnDescription
NameClickable user name (e.g., Mureed Sultan) opens that user’s profile or resume dashboard.
EmailUser’s email address for communication.
Date AddedThe date the user was assigned to your account. Useful for tracking onboarding.
Last LoginShows the last time the user accessed their account — helpful for tracking engagement.
GroupCustom grouping of users for internal classification (e.g., “test” group).
TagsAdditional tags like role or category (e.g., CSR = Customer Service Representative). These tags help filter or segment users.

3️⃣ Pagination Controls

  • Located: Bottom-right of the table. 
  • Controls:
    • Prev / Next: Navigate through multiple pages if you have many assigned users.
    • Page Number Highlight (e.g., 1): Current page number is highlighted in orange.

✅ Example Use Case:

You’re managing job seekers tagged as "CSR". You can:

  • Filter with CSR in the search box.
  • Check login dates to see who needs follow-up.
  • Click names to view resume progress or send reminders.
